needs in a timely manner at a reasonable rate.
Intent-to-Hire–
With this service, you’ll get an opportunity to see
employee attendance and performance for 60 to 90 working days
before you make a hiring commitment.
Smart Hire-
If you like the idea of Intent-to-Hire but prefer to
recruit on your own, Sedona provides the same services as
Intent-to-Hire, but at a reduced rate.
Permanent Placement-
We arrange the interviews, share feedback,
help to negotiate salaries and act as a facilitator We normally only
charge 1% per thousand of salary up to 15%. A 60 day guarantee is
also provided for peace of mind in the hiring process.
Site Management-
This customized service lets us become an
extension of your HR department and allows us to integrate with
your work environment while managing the entire supplemental
staffing workforce. We can implement this service on or off site.

The bill rate is formula determined after all the above
